MC ไนล่อน คือ Monomer Casting Nylon, เป็นพลาสติกวิศวกรรมชนอดหนึ่งที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมอย่างแพร่หลาย ได้ถูกนำมาใช้เกือบทุกสาขาอุตสาหกรรม
โมเลกุลของ MC ไนล่อน 70,000-100,000 / mol มากกว่า PA6 / PA66 สามเท่า คุณสมบัติทางกลของมันจะสูงกว่าวัสดุไนลอนอื่น ๆ เช่น: PA6 / PA66 ไนล่อน MC มีบทบาทสำคัญมากขึ้นในรายการวัสดุ

ลักษณะการนำไปใช้งานของ

Packing machine:

MC nylon can be made into variety of gear, turbo, bending plate, conveyer sprocket and wheel in the packaging equipments of beer or beverage, food, pharmaceutical, tobacco and cosmetic.Pulp and paper equipment:Various wear and sliding parts, such as: dryer gear, scraper, sheave, bearing and shaft sleeve and so on.

Engineering machine:

Wear and sliding parts of the machines in mine, port and construction industries, such as: sheave or roller of heavy duty lifting machine, pulley of elevator, sprocket of step ladder, bearing and shaft sleeve.

Pharmaceutical equipment:

MC nylon has the anti-corrosive, rustless and unconglutinant resistances, which are suitable for making gears, rollers guides and other components in pharmaceutical equipment. It is one kind of material that conform the regulations of GMP and FDA.

Water conservancy and environment protection:

Big slide blocks of water conservancy engineering, big wheels of waste water pool, scrapers, grid chain and harrow of feculence filter, dryer roller and other wear components.

Electronic industry

The main application of MC nylon in electronic industry is ESD performance. It has been adopted for the various parts due to its characteristics of protecting electronic components from static damage, such as: chip salver, casters in the clean room, roller of the transportation system of LCD panel assembly line.

Auto industry:

Automobile industry is the biggest applied field of polyamide engineering plastics. MC Nylon can be applied in many parts of the car, such as: cylinder head cover of the engine, air cleaner inlet pipe, as well as the parts of power steering, oil reservoir, fuel strainer and so on.

Besides, MC Nylon can be made into the gear for balancing the eddy bearing, which has a higher strength than metal gear, and reduce the noise of car in running.
